If you look around on the net at various sources, you will often see conflicting reports as to how long a cycle is with clenbuterol. We STRONGLY advise that you follow the cycle advice in this article and the other articles that are linked to within.
Most of the advice on these sites is written by forum posters who really haven’t got a clue. All advice on this site has been confirmed and approved by a third party qualified to do so.
There are many different clenbuterol cycles that you can take. A quick search on the internet will bring up a number of web sites that give advice on this matter.
Our page on Clenbuterol Dosages suggests a three week cycle, starting at a low dosage of clenbuterol and gradually increasing your dosages until you get half way through the three week clenbuterol cycle, and then lower the dosage until the three weeks is over. Then take a three week break from taking clenbuterol before starting the clenbuterol cycle again.
We have heard suggestions that a clenbuterol cycle should last about 2 weeks, followed by a 2 week break. The problem with this cycle is that it does not really give the user enough time to build up the amount they are taking per cycle. It also does not give the patient enough time to lower the dosages before the end of the cycle.
Another possibility is to take clenbuterol on a 2 day on 2 day off cycle. We definitely do not suggest this cycle for the simple fact that it does not give your body enough time to recover and get back to it’s normal state. Clenbuterol has an active half life of about 36 hours. In other words, when you take a single dose of clenbuterol, it remains active for at least 36 hour. Taking a 48 hour break obviously does not give the user enough time and if used long-term in this was, could actually be harmful to the user.
So in conclusion, we recommend the 3 week on cycle followed by a 3 week off period.
